Role Summary:
The Senior Base24 Software Engineer is pivotal in defining and executing the engineering strategy for intricate features that yield substantial business results. This role encompasses the delivery of complex functionalities and technological advancements that enhance development efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement complex software solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements while maintaining a focus on design integrity and ease of integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices in Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD).
  • Conduct story refinement and accurately estimate the work required for project completion.
  • Execute proof of concepts to explore new ideas and mitigate risks.
  • Automate release processes and maintain automated testing frameworks, including integration and performance testing.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Jira, Base24, RMS, and TAL.
  • Experience with NCR device handling, ATM and POS authorization, and understanding of WEB API (SOAP, REST, XML/JSON).
  • Familiarity with ACI ICE middleware.
  • Agile methodology experience and strong communication skills.
