Salary Range: $17.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description: In this role, you will work closely with customers, colleagues, and management to deliver exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers promptly and efficiently, handling their questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Ensuring a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and policies
• Maintaining accurate records, processing sales transactions, and handling returns and exchanges
• Supporting colleagues and management in achieving business goals and objectives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or prior retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly in response to customer needs
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
