Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security personnel at designated locations. This role is dependent on contract award and is not currently funded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage Shift Supervisors and hourly staff to ensure adherence to access control, visitor assistance, alarm response, and dispatch protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Supervisor and Project Manager to achieve contract goals.
  • Ensure all staff meet training compliance requirements.
  • Conduct security assessments and practical drills as necessary.
  • Oversee the management and coordination of contract-specific obligations and act as the primary point of contact for government interactions.
  • Supervise all security service operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a DoD Secret security clearance.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of management experience, ideally within a civilian police force, military police, or civilian security organization.
  • Proven experience in supervising security personnel.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficiency in various software applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases (MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
