Zachry Construction Corporation is seeking a skilled Concrete Plant Operator/Loader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our concrete batch plants.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform daily service requirements of the ready mix plant, including inspections and maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure optimal plant performance
  • Conduct general maintenance on water pumps, electrical systems, and equipment to prevent wear and tear
  • Operate front-end loaders and forklifts to move materials and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance on conveyor belts, pumps, and other plant equipment

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ready-mix operations, concrete operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience operating a loader in a concrete batch plant environment
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly motivated, with minimal need for direct supervision
  • Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds, climb stairs/ladders up to 24 feet
