Emergency Room Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. As a critical care RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Job: Our hospital is a community-based facility serving Mitchell, Yancey, lower Avery, and upper McDowell counties. We offer a range of medical specialties, including emergency services, prenatal and postnatal obstetrical care, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and family.
- Implements medically prescribed interventions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program and obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.
- License: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Certification: BLS Healthcare Provider.
- Experience: One year hospital nursing experience.
