We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Solo Brands LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transferring inventory into bulk storage areas using a stand-up forklift
  • Loading pallets of product into trailers for shipment
  • Working with a team to manually build pallets for shipping and storage
  • Restocking picking areas with pallets of product
  • Picking and packing of outbound orders and building bundles for shipment
  • Labeling products accurately for shipments
  • Building and stacking pallets for shipping (LTL's)
  • Manually loading/unloading containers with the use of conveyors
  • Manually building and wrapping pallets
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy in daily operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required
  • Stand-up forklift experience and demonstrated proficiency
  • Proven warehouse/fulfillment center experience
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions
  • Ability to safely lift up to 65lbs on a regular basis
  • Able to work in a warehouse without A/C or climate control
