Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Expert to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Manage the menu, including reading and verifying information.
  • Take a hands-on approach to work, moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, managing the menu and interacting with guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • None
