Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Busser/Server Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and supporting our servers in delivering an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and clean tables, chairs, and surrounding areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Assist servers by refilling beverages, providing condiments, and delivering food and drinks to customers
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized bus station to ensure efficient service
  • Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware, and utensils from the dish room and distribute them to service stations
  • Identify and explain menu items to customers
  • Perform other duties as required, including running dishes, sweeping, and emptying trash
Requirements
  • Basic math skills and legible handwriting
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, and serve trays weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to balance serving trays and navigate dining room, kitchen, and other facility areas
  • Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
