About the Role

Springboard Hospitality is a premier third-party hotel management company with a 30+ year history transforming lifestyle hotels. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and hotel facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils and equipment, adhering to A.S.I. guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the pot washer area.
  • Ensure the kitchen area, floors, walls, and equipment are clean and well-maintained.
  • Handle food deliveries and restock/store products according to first-in/first-out guidelines.
  • Assist with basic food preparation when all other tasks are completed.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef/Sous Chef to prioritize work and provide assistance as needed.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and web analytics tools, is a plus.
  • No formal education is required, but a High School diploma or equivalent is desired.
  • Must be able to operate a dish washing machine, handle floor maintenance, and perform physical work.
  • Must be able to follow directions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
