As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping us achieve our mission to instill accountability and create opportunity. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the management of attorney schedules, collecting paperwork, and entering data into our case management system. You will also help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team.
About the QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous customer service or sales experience is also preferred. Additionally, you should have full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency, and CRM and case management software experience is a plus.
