Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care nursing.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork among colleagues.
- Current and active New Jersey RN licensure.
- Baccalaureate Degree or Associate Degree in Nursing.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS).
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience, with a strong focus on patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
