About the Role:

Sugarloaf is seeking a skilled BarBack to provide support to our bartending team in a fast-paced environment. As a BarBack, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring timely service of drinks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare items used in drinks
  • Effectively prepare the bar for service
  • Manage stock levels of beer, liquor, wine, and supplies
  • Maintain organized working and storage areas
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Free lift pass for skiing and/or riding at Sugarloaf, Sunday River, Loon Mtn, and Pleasant Mtn
  • Discounts at resort F&B and retail locations
  • Discounted ski/snowboard lessons and rentals
  • Access to Nordic trails and discounted equipment rentals at our Outdoor Center location
  • Discounted passes at other Boyne and partner resorts
  • Eligibility for seasonal loyalty bonus pay
