Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction and Implementation

  • Develop and execute the brand's visual narrative across various channels, ensuring that creative outputs resonate with our business aims and elicit emotional engagement from our audience.
  • Generate and present innovative creative concepts to secure alignment from leadership.
  • Oversee a variety of projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective resource management, adherence to timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Provide direct design contributions and support in navigating creative critiques, prioritizing tasks, and resolving production challenges.
  • Facilitate the creative brainstorming process, contributing original ideas and crafting mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations.
  • Guide creative direction during content production, collaborating closely with talent, team members, and the Creative Director.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, driving the ongoing refinement of brand standards.
  • Represent and advocate for the creative team's work during leadership reviews.

Team Development

  • Lead and mentor creative team members, offering support and guidance to foster optimal performance and career advancement.
  • Encourage a collaborative team environment characterized by positivity and proactive engagement, motivating the team to produce outstanding design outcomes.

Project Management

  • Conduct thorough quality assessments to ensure that deliverables meet both technical and brand specifications, collaborating cross-functionally to align creative strategies.
  • Act as a bridge between the creative team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide clear guidance in the organization and execution of photoshoots, effectively communicating creative vision while managing time and budget constraints.
  • Oversee post-production activities, offering feedback on retouching and video editing, and leading the selection and refinement of brand imagery to ensure consistency and quality.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction/design, preferably within retail or luxury sectors.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of the luxury market, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in conceptualizing and directing video content, with an emphasis on digital narratives.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, and Figma, with a solid technical foundation.
  • Experience in video editing, animation, CGI, and 3D/AR development is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across various teams.
  • A creative innovator skilled in integrating artistic vision with commercial objectives.
  • A deep understanding of current cultural trends, social media dynamics, and performance metrics.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing high-performing teams, driving results through effective leadership and mentorship.
