Your Role:

As a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow, you will receive comprehensive training and support to advance your career in Speech Therapy while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated pediatric speech professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment and group therapy in engaging and naturalistic play settings.
  • Provide parent education to enhance therapy carryover and build strong rapport with families.
  • Document client progress through objective data in daily SOAP notes and conduct evaluations and reevaluations.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals.
  • Manage a full-time caseload with a supportive structure for Clinical Fellows.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and State Licensure (RPE license) required.
  • Professional, warm, and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with external professionals.
