Under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, the RN will apply their nursing knowledge and assessment skills to create and implement personalized nursing care plans, ensuring the well-being of our residents.
The RN will:
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing staff
- Manage daily operations of the unit during their shift
- Take on leadership responsibilities as required
- Engage in direct assessment and care of residents
- Oversee and coordinate nursing staff in delivering resident care, adhering to state and federal regulations
- Develop individualized nursing care plans using the nursing process
- Conduct daily assessments of each resident and adjust care plans as necessary
