We are seeking a Project Financial Analyst to assist the project team by managing all financial oversight, project accounting, and administrative responsibilities.
Work Arrangement: Ideally, 2-3 days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:
- Autonomously managing daily project accounting and administrative tasks
- Ability to interpret raw financial data and generate reports based on outlined objectives
- Support in establishing project setups, chart of accounts, and numbering systems
- Invoicing, processing both subcontractor and non-subcontractor invoices, and payment collection
- Monitoring costs, labor allocations, and reviewing financial reports
- Preparation of month-end financial summaries
- Job cost transfer journal entry preparation
- Processing payroll, attendance, and incident reporting
- Generating special reports, analytical studies, and financial breakdowns
- Drafting and editing correspondence, memos, reports, and procedures related to project accounting
- Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and enterprise software
- Quick adaptability to new custom software and systems
WORK HOURS: Standard office hours.
