We are seeking a Project Financial Analyst to assist the project team by managing all financial oversight, project accounting, and administrative responsibilities.

Work Arrangement: Ideally, 2-3 days per week in the office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include:

  • Autonomously managing daily project accounting and administrative tasks
  • Ability to interpret raw financial data and generate reports based on outlined objectives
  • Support in establishing project setups, chart of accounts, and numbering systems
  • Invoicing, processing both subcontractor and non-subcontractor invoices, and payment collection
  • Monitoring costs, labor allocations, and reviewing financial reports
  • Preparation of month-end financial summaries
  • Job cost transfer journal entry preparation
  • Processing payroll, attendance, and incident reporting
  • Generating special reports, analytical studies, and financial breakdowns
  • Drafting and editing correspondence, memos, reports, and procedures related to project accounting
  • Serving as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and enterprise software
  • Quick adaptability to new custom software and systems

WORK HOURS: Standard office hours.
