Healthcare Telecommuter

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Patient First team in a remote care setting. As a key member of our telehealth team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through virtual consultations.

• You will provide comprehensive telephonic patient assessments, following established clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with patients and healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prioritize patient safety, responding promptly to emergencies and escalating concerns when necessary.
