Schedule and Work Environment:
As a Document Control Coordinator at Oxford Global Resources, you will work a standard 40-hour week with flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts. This role is ideal for those who enjoy a dynamic work environment and are willing to adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Duration and Growth Opportunities:
This is a 1-3 year role that offers excellent opportunities for growth and development. You will be part of a team that is experiencing operational growth and increased demand for entry-level Document Control resources.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Document Control Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include engaging in hands-on tasks such as signing logbooks and printing/scanning documents. You will work in a cubicle environment with plenty of movement across different locations, collaborating with internal customers to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes.

Requirements and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong communication skills, good writing skills, and strong penmanship. You will also need to be eager to learn and grow in your role. 1-2 years of GMP experience is a major plus, giving you an edge in this role. Reliable transportation is also required as you may need to travel between sites.
