Your Role:

As a Senior Surveillance Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead a dedicated team of monitoring agents responsible for overseeing all cultivation and retail locations through advanced CCTV systems.
  • Provide training on security monitoring systems, operational protocols, and daily responsibilities.
  • Assess and monitor potential security threats to personnel and facilities, including social media surveillance and threat analysis.
  • Oversee CCTV and alarm systems, promptly addressing any alerts or connectivity issues according to established procedures.
  • Conduct scheduled remote patrols across all locations to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Manage SOC communications, responding to alerts and requests for surveillance data from authorized personnel.
  • Report safety concerns to the SOC Manager without delay.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on security measures, emergency preparedness, and training initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental cooperation to maintain the safety of our employees, customers, and assets.
  • Maintain emergency notification systems to inform teams of critical situations.
  • Coordinate with emergency services during incidents and ensure adherence to all operational protocols.
  • Document and communicate all incidents, emergencies, and operational disruptions as they occur.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent certification.
  • Formal training in alarm monitoring, access control, and CCTV systems.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a security operations role within a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make decisive actions under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse audiences.
  • The ability to pass all required training and background checks.
