Position: Structural Cardiac Imager

Location: Austin Area

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible general non-invasive Cardiologist to enhance our expanding practice in Round Rock, Texas. Our facility conducts over 200 structural procedures annually that necessitate transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) imaging.

  • 60% of the role will involve clinical, outpatient general cardiology at a single site.
  • 40% will be dedicated to structural imaging responsibilities.
  • The schedule includes 3 days of clinical work as a non-invasive cardiologist and 2 days focused on imaging each week.
  • Expertise in Level III Echocardiography and Structural Imaging is required.
  • Advanced Imaging skills in Level III Cardiac MRI and Level III Cardiac CT are advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Doctorate Degree in Medicine.

- Licensed to practice medicine in Texas by the Texas Medical Board by the start date.

- If applicable, the candidate must be currently board certified in their specialty or actively pursuing board certification as defined by the appropriate specialty board.
