Recovery Coach

About the Role:

The Recovery Coach will play a vital role in fostering this community, providing guidance, resources, and a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and connect with others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, support groups, and educational workshops.
• Develop and implement individualized recovery plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support clients in achieving their recovery goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
• Foster a sense of belonging and connection among clients, promoting a culture of respect and understanding.

Requirements:

• Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or equivalent licensure/certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
• Experience working with populations affected by addiction, mental health issues, or trauma.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including CBT, motivational interviewing, and group therapy.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

We offer a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
