Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced bartenders to join our dynamic team. Both full-time and part-time positions are available for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exhibit strong communication and listening skills to effectively engage with guests and colleagues.
- Possess a professional understanding of classic and innovative cocktails, as well as beer and wine.
- Interpret guests' preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
- Maintain accurate accountability of food and beverage sales for each customer.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked and properly inventoried for subsequent shifts.
- Demonstrate a foundational knowledge of the culinary offerings.
- Maintain an efficient work pace to ensure guest satisfaction at the bar and in the dining area.
- Adhere to food safety standards as outlined by the Delaware Department of Health.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality consistently.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated emotional self-awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful and warm demeanor.
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong communication abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and follow directions in a high-volume environment.
- Possession of a Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card is required.
- Knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
