Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists with procedures, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document patient records and maintain accurate files.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited dental assisting program.
  2. X-Ray certification required; Expanded Functions (EFDA) Certificate preferred.
  3. Two years' experience in a dental office environment is desirable.
  4. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is essential.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
