We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Bartender/Mixologist to join our team at The Mather in Tysons. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages for our discerning residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure that all residents and guests receive top-notch service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Craft Signature Cocktails: Develop and implement new cocktail recipes, while maintaining a deep understanding of classic mixology techniques.
- Manage Beverage Programs: Oversee the implementation and execution of our beverage programs, ensuring that all aspects meet or exceed Mather's high standards.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage inventory levels, perform liquor inventory, and assist with ordering to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Beverage Manager, Director of Restaurants, and Executive Chef to ensure seamless communication and execution of culinary and beverage programs.
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a bartender or mixologist, with a deep understanding of mixology techniques and principles.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on customer service and communication skills.
- Inventory Management: Experience with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of beverages.
- Recipe and Menu Creation: Ability to create and implement new recipes and menus, while maintaining a deep understanding of culinary principles.
- Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems: Proficiency in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
