About the RoleWe are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our In-House Rehab Team on a PRN basis in Reading, MA. As a COTA, you will provide occupational therapy services to residents under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assessment, treatment, program planning, and implementation of occupational therapy services for residents
- Provide documentation and communication related to patient care
- Collaborate with the occupational therapist to identify problem lists, short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plans
To be successful as a COTA at Bear Mountain Healthcare, you will need:
- An active state license or eligibility to obtain one
- An associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
