Job Summary

The Licensed Nursing Assistant will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient care. Key responsibilities include assisting patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), reporting changes in patient condition, and participating in care planning.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and other ADLs
  • Report changes in patient condition, patient/family concerns, or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor
  • Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program.
