Position Overview:

As a Construction Project Superintendent, you will collaborate closely with the President and Project Architect to efficiently plan, coordinate, and manage the estimating and project oversight processes. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of strong leadership, outstanding communication abilities, and positive relationships with subcontractors.

Compensation: Salary and benefits are negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) budgets for contracts.
  • Prepare subcontractor bidding packages.
  • Conduct constructability assessments of design documents.
  • Establish project timelines.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients and stakeholders to define project budgets and estimates.
  • Oversee one or two projects concurrently, from design through to completion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial construction estimating, managing projects valued over $5 million.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management and estimating software, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
