As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.

• Bar Operations: Manage the bar's daily operations, including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they reach their full potential.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, control stock, and oversee labor to ensure financial targets are met.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency.

• Experience: Proven experience in bar management, with a strong background in bar operations and customer service.
• Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
