We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Advocate. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and promoting our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist guests with finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services to effectively communicate with guests.
As a Guest Advocate at Target, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, develop your skills and knowledge, and be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent required.
