Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Technician to join our team. This role involves working with precision machinery to create high-quality components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and adjust CNC press brakes for both prototype and production runs based on technical drawings.
  • Manage the production workflow within the forming department.
  • Provide assistance to team members with machine setups and operational challenges.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and current staff to enhance their skills.
  • Perform inspections during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Develop and maintain a library of tools and programs for all machinery.
  • Achieve production targets and fulfill operational tasks as required.
  • Uphold high standards of quality and maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up press brakes.
  • Proficient in selecting appropriate dies, setting up gauges, and adjusting ram strokes for various parts.
  • Ability to work with complex forming sequences, both with and without detailed instructions.
  • Strong skills in reading and interpreting blueprints accurately.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Work Schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 6 AM - 3 PM
Friday: 6 AM - 12 PM
