Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide direct care to residents and patients in our skilled nursing home, prioritizing their wellbeing and ensuring they maintain their dignity and independence. This role involves assisting with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, and mobility, as well as providing companionship and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and support to residents
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as laundry, transportation, and mail delivery
  • Observe and report changes in residents' condition
  • Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and serving

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Completion of a state-approved CNA certification course
  • Ability to read and communicate at an adequate level to perform essential job duties
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors with dignity and respect
