Work Arrangement:
This position requires in-office presence three days a week at designated locations.

Role Responsibilities:
As a key player in the Quality Assurance (QA) organization, you will assist the Head of QA in evolving the QA function into a comprehensive digital operating model. Your strategic insight will be crucial in driving projects that enhance QA processes, tools, and technologies in alignment with organizational priorities.

Key Duties Include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of QA to implement a strategic transformation of the QA operating model.
  • Ensuring alignment and collaboration with stakeholders to improve QA functions and foster continuous improvement.
  • Leading the deployment of essential QA platforms, focusing on efficiency and risk management.
  • Building strong relationships with team members and IT Architecture to support transformation initiatives.
  • Designing solution architectures and serving as a domain expert in automation and QA tools.
  • Driving the adoption of technology and providing consultation on advanced testing strategies.
  • Defining success metrics for transformation strategies and reporting on performance.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a robust background in QA platforms, automation, and solution architecture. Experience in leading transformation initiatives related to QA tools and frameworks is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in QA tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Jenkins.
  • Proficiency in automation and test data management techniques.
  • Experience in designing solution architectures for QA, including cloud and API testing.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
