Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, embodying the core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence.
Maintain a positive attitude, remain focused on customer needs, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Ensure maximum utilization of lanes and equipment through efficient control of guest flow.
Educate guests on lane availability, pricing, and promotions, providing an exceptional customer experience.
Process lane reservations, walk-in requests, and lane assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle cash and electronic payments, maintaining a secure and organized workspace.
Communicate customer concerns and complaints to the manager on duty, using Courage to resolve issues effectively.
Promote teamwork by assisting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
