Senior IT Solutions Architect

MZN Management Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Solutions Architect to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions to drive business growth and success.

Project Management and Client Communication:

• Develop and implement solutions that meet specific business needs, prioritize tasks, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and understanding.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers and other technical experts, to deliver cohesive and effective solutions.

Data Management and Optimization:

• Oversee data management and optimization efforts, including data cleaning, transformation, and implementation of processes for effective data handling and reporting.
• Develop and maintain data management strategies to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Collaboration and Professional Development:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT and supply chain management, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
• Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the field.

General Responsibilities:

• Assess and refine procedures and standards using industry best practices and knowledge, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain procedures, manuals, and documentation for process and technology needs, ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Provide recommendations for IT system improvements and other business ventures, driving growth and success.
• Support the operation and maintenance of complex IT systems, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, MS Server/SQL, and scripting languages.
• Expertise in After Market Parts Supply Chain management.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and system users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Proficiency in data management, including data modeling, cleansing, extraction, transformation, analysis, migration, integration, and mapping.
• General knowledge of VMWare, Active Directory, and LAN/WAN networks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, SQL Server/SQL.
