Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Supervisor to oversee our commercial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing both new construction and tenant improvement projects. This is a full-time role that promises a rewarding career path.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget constraints and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders to fulfill project specifications.
  • Establish and uphold project timelines, financial plans, and resource allocations.
  • Oversee project resources, including staff, machinery, and materials.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Provide consistent updates to stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and risks.
  • Proactively identify and address project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate and current project documentation.
  • Encourage a collaborative and positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction management.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
