  • Equipment Management: Control and maintain housekeeping equipment, including brooms, mops, buckets, and cleaning solutions.
  • Uniform and Appearance: Maintain a neat and clean appearance and wear the proper uniform at all times.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to spills, broken glass, water leaks, and other facility emergencies.
  • Facility Repairs and Maintenance: Observe and report any facility repairs or maintenance needs.
  • Event Support: Assist with event setup and teardown, including physical requisition conversion and facility preparations.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all safety standards and reporting any potential hazards.
  • Guest Services: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Facility Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, as well as general order for facility equipment and storage areas.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1 year of housekeeping or floor technician experience preferred.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background Check: Must pass a background check.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and exposure to adverse conditions such as fumes, wet floors, dust, and noise.
