We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Cleanliness and Sanitation Specialist at High Point Residence in Quincy, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of resident apartments and common areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize resident apartments and common areas on a daily basis">
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished">
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately">
  • Assist with laundry services as needed">

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent">
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work">
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively">
