As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of our hotel. This is not just about cleaning rooms and public spaces, but about creating a memorable and unique experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel rooms, public spaces, and other areas
- Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
