- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying potential risks and complications, and taking proactive measures to prevent adverse events.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless transitions of care and promoting a culture of transparency and respect.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices and policies.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certification, with ACLS certification preferred.
- Previous acute care hospital experience, with a focus on critical care or observation units.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy.
