As a System Analyst at Menlo, Inc., you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of technology solutions for clients in school districts and communities nationwide.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to optimize their experience with Menlo's customized systems, automation, and complex problems as they arise.

You will work closely with the team to troubleshoot issues, provide high-quality technical support, and contribute to projects that align with organizational goals. To succeed in this role, you will need an Associate's/Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, 4+ years of recent experience in technology, service desk, or helpdesk, and a solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with clients utilizing remote software to resolve issues
  • Manage ticket queues independently, resolving tickets in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot complex problems from beginning to end
  • Provide high-quality end-user technical support related to enterprise software and hardware
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware/software problems
  • Identify and solve system performance and functionality issues
  • Log and track problems, maintaining problem tracking databases
  • Contribute to project management, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes
  • Assist in recognizing service gaps and completing tasks as necessary
Requirements:
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of recent experience in technology, service desk, or helpdesk
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Effective time management to meet project deadlines
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
