We are seeking a skilled Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team at Convergence Medical Staffing.

Job Summary:

As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining imaging equipment, preparing patients for exams, and ensuring high-quality images are captured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including MRI and CT scanners
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
  • Ensure high-quality images are captured, including adjusting equipment settings and monitoring image quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification in Radiologic Technology
  • 1+ year of experience in medical imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
