Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing nursing care and services to our guests, as well as supervising and mentoring our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and mentor LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members to ensure high-quality care and services are provided to our guests.
- Develop and implement effective leadership strategies to promote a positive and supportive work environment.
- Medication Management
- Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to our guests, including administering medications and monitoring for potential side effects.
- Develop and implement medication management plans to ensure our guests receive the best possible care.
- Guest Care and Services
- Assess the health and well-being of our guests and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique needs.
- Provide education and support to our guests and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Collaboration and Communication
- Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and services are provided to our guests.
- Communicate effectively with our guests, families, and team members to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
- CPR certification.
