Job Title: Registered Nurse

About the Role:

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled School Nurse to provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assisting students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to students, tailored to their specific health needs
  • Assist students with managing their chronic health conditions, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities
  • Implement interventions and referrals to promote health and support educational success
  • Advocate for the comprehensive well-being of students, addressing their physical, emotional, mental and social health needs
  • Promote and lead health education initiatives for students and staff, contributing to a knowledgeable school community
  • Provide expert oversight of school health services, enhancing the health and wellness culture within our school community
Requirements:
  • Hold a Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Experience in pediatric nursing is highly desired, highlighting your ability to cater to the unique health needs of children
