Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Control Specialist to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of complex projects, scheduling tools, and project management principles. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to develop transmission project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities
· Collaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers to develop transmission project schedules.
· Develop and maintain project schedules for various Capital Improvement Projects (CIP).
· Interpret work scope, technical sequencing, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
· Prepare narratives for executive-level presentations and communicate with project teams.
· Identify and report scheduling issues and provide visibility to critical deliverables.
· Work with Planning/ROW to provide project overviews to stakeholders.
· Manage changes and keep project teams informed about schedule updates.
· Create cost performance and cash flow projections using budget and cost-loaded schedules.
· Update tasks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on progress updates.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Construction Management and/or related field experience.
• 5+ years of professional Project Controls experience.
• Intermediate to Advanced in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Excel Skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and fast-paced environment.
