Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Donation Attendant to join our team at Goodwill Industries International Inc. As a key member of our donation center team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our donors and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Donation Processing: Receive and process donations in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring that all items are properly labeled and stored.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring that all donated items are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business results.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our donation center operations.
Requirements
