We are seeking a full-time Ambulatory Nurse II to join our Pulmonary Department specializing in Cystic Fibrosis. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe, quality care to patients ranging from infancy to the elderly.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and integrating best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient preferences for optimal health care delivery.
  • Minimizing risk of harm to patients, families, providers, and self through system effectiveness and individual performance.
  • Demonstrating commitment to the nursing profession through lifelong learning, adherence to professional standards, and advancing community outreach.
  • Recognizing patients as the source of control and a full partner in providing compassionate and coordinated care.
  • Effectively collaborating and applying systems thinking to engage in systematic problem solving and decision making.
