Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with vehicle servicing, repairs, and provide detailed explanations of necessary services
  • Assess customer needs and align them with appropriate service options
  • Communicate service updates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
  • Stay informed about new products, features, and participate in required training sessions
  • Implement a follow-up system to encourage repeat business and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Recruit and manage service department staff, monitoring their performance in customer service
  • Establish departmental goals, including an annual budget and marketing strategies to attract new clients
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by promptly addressing customer concerns

Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a service management role
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proactive attitude, eager to learn and collaborate with internal teams
