- Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to all pharmacy policies and procedures, including those related to patient confidentiality and safety, and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Pharmacy Technician Experience: A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician, with a strong background in IV/sterile compounding.
- IV/ Sterile Compounding Experience: Prior experience in IV/sterile compounding, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of sterile compounding.
- Data Entry Experience: Prior data entry experience, with a strong understanding of computer systems and software.
- California Pharmacy Technician License: A valid California pharmacy technician license, with the ability to work in a Long Term Care pharmacy setting.
