The Property Maintenance Specialist plays a crucial role in the daily upkeep of the property, ensuring its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting daily inspections of the grounds to collect litter and debris.
  • Utilizing a leaf blower to maintain cleanliness in walkways and outdoor areas; watering plants and flowers as needed.
  • Regularly cleaning and maintaining building breezeways, ensuring a tidy environment.
  • Assisting with various physical tasks as directed, such as dismantling fences, digging post holes, and removing unwanted items.
  • Distributing important communications to residents, including event notifications and newsletters.
  • Performing clean-up and safety-related tasks in work areas.
  • Daily cleaning of the office, clubroom, amenity spaces, and restrooms prior to opening.
  • Maintaining model apartments on a daily basis.
  • Assisting with apartment turnover processes.
