Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to pediatric patients with acute and chronic conditions, working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage identified health needs, ordering and interpreting diagnostic and laboratory tests as necessary.
- Formulate, document, and monitor treatment plans, including ordering pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies and interventions.
- Manage and develop the nurse practitioner program at Shriners Children's Ohio, ensuring seamless integration with existing healthcare services.
- MSN-NP (ACNP) degree from an accredited institution.
- Ohio RN license with eligibility for licensure in states as needed for telemedicine.
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Two years' RN experience, with a preference for pediatric ICU experience.
